At DIME, I led the strategy and execution behind the brand’s entire Amazon presence. I ensured everything aligned with DIME’s voice while driving conversions, from storefront messaging to individual product listings. My work extended beyond front-end copy; I used tools like Helium 10 to optimize backend fields and product descriptions for high-intent keywords, helping listings rank higher and perform better in organic search. This full-funnel approach played a direct role in increasing sales by 77.78% from June 2023 to June 2024.
Throughout my years of Amazon experience, I've collaborated closely with graphic designers to craft on-brand, compelling copy for infographic images, A+ content, and brand storefronts. For A+ pages, I've guided strategy to support both brand storytelling and conversion goals. I have experience writing both brand- and product-focused storefront copy, helping the designer strategically organize modules in a way that reflects the brand identity while keeping the consumer experience straightforward and easy to navigate.
